How much does it cost to rent a car for 29 days on the machine in Phuket? If booking at the airport comes out to 17500 baht, is this normal?

You can book anywhere and ask to be delivered to the airport. At the airport itself, of course, everything is always more expensive by default.

Well, in general, I personally do not think that it is expensive, but I am not aware of the current prices, and do not know what kind of car, so I advise you to just compare several options yourself.
