Well, what are the options? change the ticket early, extend the visa (visa ran, border ran, extension at the migration office for 7 days, overpayment for overstay at 500 baht per day)

It seems that there was official information that due to delays associated with viruus, no sanctions will be applied. But it is better to get some kind of document from the airline that the flight is canceled.
