Have any of the Russians applied for a Japanese or Australian visa in Phuket with a long-term Thai visa (elite)? Is that even possible?

I recommend doing it through an agency, they deploy it on their own only in this way.

You can only apply for an Australian visa online, and then fly to Bangkok with fingerprints and faceprints.
