It's better to go with currency, dollars / euros, everything is changed. It's better not to need cash rubles, it's too complicated. Change rubles in Russia in any bank. For example, in Rosselkhozbank, there is ok now the course and take them to Tai. There you are already changing the currency for local money. So you will lose less on conversions.
