There is a separate ticket to the island, at the entrance you pay for the entrance and for the food. We bought tickets to the park for cash on the spot.

You can do it on the spot. The taxi driver will take it for you. They usually do. You take the lemurs right there (food to your heart's content). This is the ticket). Do not limit yourself to one jar, because without food they lose interest in you. And, most importantly, the island of lemurs is open only on weekends.
