You can't guess with the rains. Maybe they will be protracted, maybe they will pour for 15 minutes only at night and then the weather will be normal. In any case, it is better to plan backup options than to do it if it rains. Although, I think, you will have time to swim. The rain is warm, it's not cold to swim.
