Tell me, I'm going to Thailand Phuket on vacation. I am a professional Chef myself, I want to combine a new experience for myself and get an internship at a Thai food restaurant. Where do you advise me to look for a job?

There are not so many Thai food restaurants in Phuket. On the fingers, in principle, you can count. And it seems to me that few of the chefs there speak normal English. So I can probably only dream of a full-fledged internship. The maximum that can be done is to go to a master class. In the same blue elephant or somewhere else.
