Take the principal with you in dollars. If you don't have enough then use the Tinkoff card.

It is most profitable to withdraw baht from the MasterCard Tinkoff card. Buy baht strictly during working hours from 10 to 18 Moscow time on weekdays.

On Tinkoff you can have a dollar account and buy baht from it. In my case, the rate was more profitable than in exchangers in Phuket. But you can compare the courses yourself.
