How is it more profitable to bring money to Thailand 1. Buy dollars in Moscow and change them on the spot. 2. Issue a union pay card (conveniently Tinkoff) - to which account it is better to link (dollars, rubles, Baty)

If you tie it to an account in dollars, the withdrawal will be at the rate of the yup, not tinka.
