Has anyone put a laptop with a non-removable battery in their luggage? I want to put 2 laptops in my luggage on the flight. I know that it is impossible, but on the other hand - were there any precedents in your memory - when they unwrapped the luggage and forced to take out the laptops?

It depends on the type of battery. If it's lithium-ion, then you will definitely pull it out, or they will throw it out without you.
