FullMoon sells boat tickets everywhere. You arrive at the pier (Bangrak, most likely) and you will be taken to fullmun. They give a badge or piece of paper and back in the same way. Come to the agreed place and you will be taken back to Koh Samui. On Full Moon Day, it's easy to buy tickets, but it seems more expensive. 1400 baht round trip and around 1000 if you have a familiar boatman) If you buy in advance ... I don't remember, I think it's cheaper.
