Is it possible to fly from Koh Samui only Bangkok Airways or is it possible to fly with other airlines? And then for some reason I have these straight from Koh Samui))

It's called code sharing. Airline partnerships. Only BKK Air and individual charters with the Chinese fly from here. Take it easy. This is just good, because the Etihad will be responsible for the entire journey (they will put you in jail, change your luggage in case of delay, they will send it, etc.)
