Tell me, please, what is the weather and the temperature of air and water in Pattaya? I'm trying to understand what "off-season" means for Thailand. Previously, we were always in winter, so we want to try to go to Pattaya in July.

There is a lot of seasonality on the islands. We were in Phuket in December, and even taking into account the season, the humidity is crazy. Things didn't dry. I tried to wash and dry the laundry myself in the room, and it didn't dry at all. I used dry cleaning services. They are inexpensive, the price depends on the weight. Things are given immediately and ironed. There was no rain. We were in Pattaya in May and January. In January, it seemed to me more comfortable and more familiar or something, like in Krasnodar in the summer. There were rains, but this is completely different than in Russia. The sun is shining, then 10-20 minutes like a bucket and again the sun, and after half an hour there is no trace that it was raining. When we were in May, there was already more humidity. Hair curled, things seemed to be wet. But I didn't see anything critical. It's even easier than in season on the islands.

From May to October, it rained, especially in the summer months, BUT we were always in August and September, for all the time there was practically no rain. Lightning and thunderstorms, yes, or they were short-lived at night. The sea is +28, the air is up to +30, at night +26, this is August, September. I've never been in winter. I believe that there are no seasons in Pattaya, I don't know about the islands, we lived in Pattaya.
