On Koh Samui it is stormy in winter, in summer on Lamai there is a calm clear sea. We were in late July and early August. The weather is beautiful, often sunny, rain is rare. There was a daughter.

Maenam, closer to the pier, there is a great beach, there is no wave, there is no silt, the depth is good.
