Is it possible to get a visa to Cambodia while in Bangkok? I heard that a visa can be obtained on the spot and / or for 90 days it is not needed, only if you fly in. And I want to come by land.

A visa to enter Cambodia is bought at the time of entry, whether by land or air. Citizens of the Russian Federation need a visa. There is no problem to enter on the ground, they will show you where to get it (if the bus / van, the driver will collect passports and money and get visas for everyone)
