And who flew on domestic flights, specifically interested in Phuket-Bangkok, is there an opportunity to choose places with distance for legs? Or do we need to look for specific airlines?

You can choose to AirAsia. There's near the emergency exit that. Only it seems with a direct purchase from their website / application, but for some reason tickets are 2 times and sometimes 3 times more expensive directly than through aggregators / intermediaries. I don't know how it works. Once I took it directly, somehow I don't want to fly anymore with the feeling that I gave three prices for choosing a seat)

You can choose seats for an additional fee, on the map of places you can see where the exits are, near them there are places for long legs -)
