I did it on Koh Samui. There were only the rights of the Russian Federation and a copy of the passport. For three days for 10,000 baht.

Hello. Ros drives + International Driver's License. A copy of the passport, resident cert. Record in DLT. Payment of the fee on the spot. You don't need to take any of the exams.
