To make it work? Without leaving Koh Samui - no power of attorney can only be certified by the consulate in Phuket or Bangkok. Then it will be valid in the Russian Federation. To get to Bangkok - you need to catch the recording window. Definitely not the easy" way. MB in Phuket is simpler
