Where can I buy hair dye (blonde) in Phuket?

Here in stores, in order to directly buy light shades - 10-11, it will not work. I've seen a maximum of 9 so far, but even that one looks kind of darkish and everywhere there is a high% oxide. And what the blonde writes is a brightening powder. Here either go somewhere to paint, or take different paints and mix (there are those, many places). I definitely saw Berina. Maybe someone else will advise, but I've already rustled lazada, and shopi, and local shops - only I've seen such colors.
