Hello) I lived there 2 times. Conveniently located, gym with normal air conditioning. The rooftop pool is often very crowded (not in the evenings), on the 6th floor there is a quieter and more deserted pool. Sometimes cockroaches run through the apartments. There are lounge areas on the roofs of both buildings and the garden is small. If you want to relax, that's it, because everything is either within walking distance or very convenient to get to. For a long life - I eventually got tired of hearing music from bars until 3-4 in the morning.
