Why are they picked up from hotels 5 hours before departure from Utopao? We want to take a taxi ourselves, departure at 7 am. What time should I leave the hotel?

They picked us up from the hotel in 4.5 hours, were the first, then went to hotels for another hour, picked up others. We arrived at the airport early, but quickly passed customs because there were few people, and calmly sat down in the waiting room, drank coffee. And by the time we leave, there are a lot of people and there are no seats in the waiting room.

Maybe they mean 5 hours before departure. If you logically think that they wanted to pick us up at 3 am, and the departure was at 8.30 or at 8.50. But we drove ourselves at 3.30, an hour on the road. We were alone for about an hour and a half.
