The price depends on the location in Phuket town, for a month or two you can find from 12-18K baht. On the beaches of Karon, Kata, Kamala, the price usually starts from 50K. There is no upper limit ... But, it's not easy to find a condo, there are hotels, guest houses, a condo - it's a problem to find.
