Please tell me about renting a condo (1 room, fitness), what are the approximate prices in Phuket for a month of rent? I plan to arrive at the end of December, will the proximity of the New Year holidays greatly affect the cost?

December-January prices are always higher, you don't have to count on a special choice, but prepare at least 30 thousand baht per month.
