Does Russian insurance work in Phuket? Especially with children interested. Did anyone apply?

We did Sberinsurance. The other day, a 4-year-old son fell ill I tried to bring down the temperature itself, etc. Today is the 3rd day, I applied for insurance, the clinic was agreed in an hour and we were recorded. Picked up near the house, 5 minutes on foot We did tests for covid, influenza virus and lung infection, prescribed antibiotics and antihistamines. All the drugs were given to us at the clinic, they didn't pay for anything.
