Once every 3 months for a short period of 2-3 days, more often or longer - they can cancel the visa, before leaving you need to issue a reentry in an immigrashka and pay money.

They don't exist, if you have a student visa, then sit and study. You can leave at your own risk and on the faith of the school, how much they will issue documents for return and how they will be in touch if they call from the border.
