Flight Phuket-Bangkok-Doha-Moscow. I want to go to Bangkok for a walk, but then you need to pick up your luggage in Bangkok and check in your luggage again. Is it possible to drive to Bangkok without picking up your luggage??

Did the border guards pass in Phuket? You will not be allowed out of the transit zone then. Otherwise, I don't see any obstacles.

It all depends on your booking. If this is one reservation, then check in your luggage in Phuket and get it in Moscow time. Check with the carrier for information.
