Can you just go to the tiger park to see, or do you have to buy a photo ticket for big money to see tigers?

We were there yesterday. Crazy money just for the entrance, there were no queues, you take pictures on your phone as much as you want.

You need to buy a ticket for big money for a photo, then they will launch + you will have to wait if it is a tiger cub. We were there, waiting for our turn for 2.5 hours.
