There are comfortable shopping centers in Phuket) there are no shops with hard conders, such as in Pattaya or Bangkok) But it can be cool on an airplane without long sleeves. Even in a taxi, sometimes you can freeze) but in general there is an ideal temperature in the evening) T-shirt + shorts = comfort.

I'm a bastard. In Pattaya, I always took a sweatshirt to the Festival, in which I flew, both my daughter and I were very cold. And here it is somehow more comfortable in the shopping center. A long sleeve needs more from the sun during peak hours. But these are light tunics))

Of course, superfluous. I've read it here, they say, take it, it's cold in the shopping center ... Extra rags in a suitcase (

Long-sleeved shirts are needed so that your hands do not burn, yet +45 is promised, here even a 5-minute outing during the day can turn into redness on your hands.)

If you are blowing in a taxi with a condey, put on a longsleeve or sweatshirt in which you flew. On the street, including at night, you do not need warm clothes, at night from +25.

If you travel by intercity bus or far away in a minivan, you can take it, since the conders cut into them to the maximum.

Well, you don't need a windbreaker for sure, if you have something very light, you can take it, well, or buy it in Thai.

Of the warm clothes, you need to take only those that you will change into in Russia upon your return.
