Please tell me where you can buy souvenirs that are not expensive? I can only see clothes along the roads.

I bought very inexpensively from the Big Buddha. Postcards for 10 baht, magnets for 5 - 60 baht. And so on. There is a shop there where everything is just fine. For comparison, Central Koh Samui has the same things ... well, magnets from 150 baht onwards.
