1. They will let you in, they will ask a couple of questions to Maby, answer we tourists are watching the world. Smile. 2. It depends on what you need. If it's hot, and you don't like rain, then go north (Hanoi, Ha Longu). If it's cooler and it rains periodically, then blow to the south of Vietnam.
