They don't have such a thing as a separate store with professional cosmetics. Something is sold in pharmacies, something from the shelves, something in Big-C. Prices everywhere are very different, in one place it can be 2 times more expensive shampoo than in another. There are no criteria, no rules, just look for a brand that you like. And it can be sold anywhere.
