The Russian standard at 7/11 passes everywhere, in massages more often no than yes, in food in general, only cash is most often taken.

We had a Post Bank card, they accepted it everywhere. There is one but, in some places they can take 3%.

GazProm and PochtaBank cards work, but at 7/11, for example, they do not pass. You can withdraw money from an ATM.
