I recommend Anchan Boutique Hotel in Chalong. We lived there for 5 months, we were very satisfied. For a euro two-bedroom apartment in the off-season (now) 27k / month, there is a basik + 2r / week cleaning, the entire infrastructure on the street, a wonderful place. Only for rent it is better to write to them personally, not through aggregators, there prices are higher.
