You need to go to Ao Nang (you can go to the Samet Nangshe observation deck in the middle of the road), and there are constantly water taxis from the beach - a longtail for 100 baht one way.

Through krabi. Well, it seemed to be straight, but not from seedlings. On the street, ask any Thai tour vendor.
