As far as I know, warm clothes are not counted in hand luggage. A handbag, an umbrella, warm clothes do not count.

It is the outerwear (jacket) that is not included in the luggage.

If you put them in your hand luggage, then all hand luggage will be taken into account. Fed on board 2 times during the flight.
