Does it make sense to go to the Festival for souvenirs or is everything more expensive there than on Karon/Katya?

On the plinth in the old building, everything is very budgetary. I needed to find a bell with the inscription Thailand for my mother-in-law, there they were for 80 baht, they sold it to me for 60. Everything is thrown, like in the market.

Near the festival they say there is a hangar with souvenirs and things, in the Center itself there are just a bunch of brands at inflated prices and almost no discounts.
