Who recently flew Aeroflot to Russia, is it possible to carry fruit? In what quantity? Is it allowed in carry-on luggage?

On Sunday, my husband was flying, he had only a small suitcase with him, there was a basket and a bag of mangoes inside it (the second basket did not fit into the suitcase). Everything was about 12 kg. I didn't put it in my luggage, no one weighed anything and didn't say anything about the contents.
