What is the best time to go to a café with water lilies? There's a long queue, usually for a photo?

It depends on what, if you just take a picture, then in principle any, yes, there will be a lot of people, but you can agree, if for the session, then in the morning, so as to wait less, or be ready to come twice (recording and then the session itself)

It's better in the morning, the earlier you arrive, the smaller the queue, you will arrive at the opening, perhaps you will be the first or second.
