I was carrying 7 packages, everything is OK. Look at the list of prohibited substances, if your medicine does not contain them, you can carry + you can write a question to the drug import control service of Thailand and save their answer in case of questions.

It depends on the volume. A personal first-aid kit is not checked, especially if all packages with medicines are opened. If you're lucky enough to have a ton of pills and you suspect you're a Dealer, there's going to be a lot of questions.
