Has anyone come to Thailand with an animal? There, according to the rules, they should send a request by mail to the Bangkok airport for permission to enter the animal, but 11 days have already passed, and no answer, has anyone encountered this?

We arrived in Bangkok on December 11 with a small dog, now they are issuing a Permit in the vet. control in Suvarnabhumi upon arrival. Paid 510 baht. Do not wait for an answer, collect all the documents and fly. Previously, we were sent a letter with permission, now it is not needed. Only for Phuket it is required to obtain a permit.

Not by mail of the airport, but to the veterinary service of the airport. There on Monday they should answer. On weekends they have weekends)
