No way. Employees of the honorary consulate do not have the authority to enter these powers of attorney in the unified federal register. The honorary consulate does small functions, such as translations. Only in Bangkok is it possible or in the general in Phuket.

No way. The functions of a notary abroad are performed by a representative office in Bangkok.
