There will definitely be a fine! And the punishment was recently tightened, I don't remember what the sanction is, but 1000 baht, I think you won't get off! From January 9, a new point system of fines for non-compliance with traffic rules comes into force in Thailand and at the same time toughens the punishment for driving without a license. Now this is punishable by up to 3 months in prison and/or up to 10,000 baht fine (Article 156 of the Traffic Act).
