1 A copy of the first page of the passport 2 A copy of the passport page with a valid visa/stamp 3 One of: A copy of the Work Permit with renewals and a registered address Resident Certificate (obtained at the Immigration Office) A copy of the Yellow Book (for property owners) 4 Medical certificate from the clinic, hospital. Please note that if you are applying for two driving categories A and B, then you need to make two sets of documents, because in fact you will receive two VU cards. In this case, you will need one original Resident Certificate (as an example) + a copy of it, also with a medical certificate.
