I've never heard of diving on Koh Samui. If you want diving, check out Koh Tao. It's next to Koh Samui. There are a lot of diving schools there. It is one of the largest dive spots in the world and the most famous in Thailand. Around Koh Samui, I don't even know what to see. On Lanta and generally there nearby in that water area there is also nothing diving-snorkeling.
