The fastest option is a taxi, 1500 baht can be by bus from Pattaya to Suvarnabhum, from there once an hour there is a shuttle to don mueang. you need to have landing gear with you. it's the cheapest. you can take a bus from Pattaya from the north station to the station mo chit, from there by metro.
