Not Naklua, but not far away. Plus a beautiful view and nice prices Restaurant Sky 32 on the roof of the hotel near the Terminal. You pay 890 baht per person and you can order 4 dishes + soft drink. Alcohol can be brought with you for free.

About the view - it's on the sea. But I usually celebrate at my favorite MK restaurants and Swensen's. In the first they give the birthday boy a small cake and a framed photo
