Look at the insurance aggregators - there is, they say, a large selection: Cherekhapa. If you are already in Thailand, when registering on the Cherehap website, you must specify the tick "I am already traveling". Also note, for Thailand, a temporary deductible applies, i.e. the date of commencement of the policy must be specified later, at least +4 or 5 days from the date of purchase, this is the minimum, but you can of course set a later date.
