If you are interested in a budget room, not a house/ villa / condo. Then you do not need to look for anything on the Internet, you come to the right area, walk / ride along the alleys and call on the ads on the buildings. 5-7k baht average price tag. You can of course renthub. in. th look, but live more options will be. P. s. Few people use Airbnb in Thailand.
