Take Kao pad (mu or Gai), pad si yu (Gai or muu), pad Tai (muu, Gai) kao man Gai in any food court This is safe and not spicy. And so poppy, kfc, burger King.

It is better not to reason in the categories normal / abnormal))) it all depends on the area in which you stayed. European food in bulk in the center especially.
