Can anyone share a vacation, can any of your friends fly in the first trimester of pregnancy? How they endured a long flight. What excursions did you take?

I know that no-shpa in the flight is prescribed (check with the doctor and dosage)

Consult your doctor for sure! You can't fly in the first trimester.

My stepmother lives in tay, she carried 2 pregnancies there and of course did not go to the islands normally, it is still dangerous for the child, but otherwise she did not deny herself.

It's all very individual! Look at how you feel. Some up to 6-7 months train, fly, go to the mountains.. others die after a week pregnancy - not a disease, but a natural situation for a woman. So ask yourself.

I can hardly tolerate a 9-hour flight without pregnancy. You have to take seats from the aisle so you can get up and walk.
